Posted on here before, last year I was obstructed with reversibility. Over one year later (Quit March 2025, heavy weed smoker 16 years small breaks here and there, athletic) and being on high dose Advair, I've had improvement on my PFT. I still have symptoms though. Air hunger (some tightness) and persistent post nasal drip (yellow, tan phlegm in morning white opaque sticky all day). I asked for Spiriva on Monday (May 4th) and started taking it since then. November I had bloods done and had an IGE of 571 and Eosinophils of .46. Allergist wanted me to take the Spiriva for 2 weeks to see its max benefits, however in the message I sent asking for the Spiriva I said if I don't see improvements in air hunger and phlegm that I am going to look at biologics (mainly dupixent) and try to see if that improves my symptoms. Still hoping my symptoms improve over time and that my PFT improves to near normal as time goes on and I can get my exercise tolerance completely back. I am still maintaining athleticism with calisthenics and kickboxing. I asked him if I avoided anything bad happening to my lungs and he said yeah based off this PFT, which gave me some confidence but also still a little worried and hoping this continues upwards. Currently taking Spiriva, High dose advair, allergy pill, flonase, and montelukast daily.

Improving PFT from last year, despite persistent symptoms still, feel better, I think. Update to my situation.
