Weird Lawyer has the hearts for me. What should I do? Are there any Colorado lawyers that would investigate this pro-bono? Something like this has to be illegal.

I seriously need help, I am overwhelmed by all of this. This is the latest email I sent to opposing council. Since our first conversation where I straight up told him that I love my wife and that I am not interested in anything else, he turned around on me and straight up unleashed hell. I have been with one leg in jail ever since. There has to be a legal entity that investigates these matters. I do not know how to deal with the court, let alone with any BAR association. And I am not exactly swimming in cash. This is the latest and hopefully last interaction I have had with this guy:

Early on I told you that I am only interested in a professional relationship and that I love my wife and that I want to reconcile above all else. I understand rejection can be difficult, but please remain professional.

Despite my best efforts and repeated requests, you remain extremely hostile. I am not a lawyer and do not really know what to do, so I will cc our mediator and eventually will also report your behavior to the BAR association, preserving all correspondence related to this matter.

- You have told the DA office that I was threatening my wife, when I have done no such things. I do and will always love my wife. Threatening her makes no sense to me.
- You claim that I have tried to contact my wife through third parties, when I have done no such things (thankfully I had a witness when this allegedly should have happened).

You are clearly trying to get me arrested/deported. I do not know where this hate and your personal vendetta against me is coming from, but it needs to stop. You are a lawyer, please act like a professional.

- It is not ok to communicate false information to the DA's office or anyone else, including my wife.

- It is not ok to threaten me.

- I should not have feelings of anxiety every time I see your name in my email inbox.

Apparently you have missed the filing deadline for the financial disclosures. In my mind this would not be a big deal. Except now you are trying to turn this around on me.

First you falsely accused me of getting in touch with our mediator about this.
Then you threaten me with legal actions if I do not immediately comply with your request to resend my documents to you today.

You never sent me your mailing address, so I sent them to your office (address listed on your website) when they were due (4/17). Apparently you have a PO Box that you have yet to send me.
I have done nothing wrong. Instead, you have failed to send me your mailing address and you have failed to file the required documents on time. Please do not take your shortcomings out on me by threatening me further.

Now I will have to spend a lot of money to get a lawyer because I cannot deal with your constant threats anymore. I have MANY people here at work that are witness to my anxiety our correspondence has caused me as well as everything else stated here.

Attached are your latest demands. With that I hope to get a lawyer and to never have to personally deal with you again. I certainly hope to not ever see you in any mediation as the sheer thought of this gives me anxiety.

I will see any negative response from you as another vindictive act. Any attempt to get me into trouble or get me arrested as well as any challenges for me seeing my children will be part of an ongoing investigation.

Ms. xxxxxx, I hope you can give me some time and push back some of the upcoming deadlines to find a lawyer. This will also allow everyone to investigate this matter further.

With that I ask and hope to never hear from "Big D" again.
