Vesko/Alpaca Withdrawal Fund Issue

Anybody here still not have their funds given to them after withdrawing from Vesko app? It has been more than 7 days for me.

Already reached out to their support team and they said to contact Alpaca team (which is their broker partner) but no traction here. Its just going circles as they told me to refer to the other after following up.

I'm worried since its my savings at stake here and it affects my financial obligations. Anybody experience the same?
