Need advice

I have a family oriented meme account. It has been a while. Since a month I’ve been posting regularly. My views are 500-700 average per reel. I post reel on alternative days. Reel format is as first 4-5 second a picture asking a question or a statement and next 10-15 seconds of meme reel. I tag my personal account and put story once the reel is posted. Short caption with emoji and 3 hashtags fyp, viral and instagram. I schedule my reels on 9am to 930am EST.

Stats are as follows:
Followers 147
Total views in 30 days - 12k
New followers in 30 says - 14

I heard that daily I can post 3 reels and that would boost my views. Any comment on that ?

Another advice I got is one reel and then next day carousel and then reel and next day carousel. Continue for 30 days. I have not done this yet. Any comment on this strategy?
