[M4F] Renting a room from a Milf landlady

Hey there! Just throwing out a quick idea for a roleplay, and I’m open to any suggestions or twists you want to add.

The story revolves around Jake, a 23-year-old guy fresh out of college, looking for a place to stay while he starts his first job in the city. Jake has dark brown hair, warm brown eyes, and a lean, athletic build from years of playing soccer. He’s responsible, polite, and a little shy, but there’s a quiet confidence about him.

Enter Veronica, the landlady. She’s in her early 40s, effortlessly beautiful with an air of sophistication and a hint of mischief in her smile. She’s lived in the neighborhood for years and after having cleared out some furniture and stuff from her house, she has an additional room in her house to spare. What better way to make some extra bucks by renting out that room in her house and also get a company under the same roof.

When Jake comes to rent the spare room, their first meeting is polite but charged with subtle glances and an undeniable chemistry. As Veronica shows him around the place, the casual conversation quickly turns flirtatious. Jake can’t help but notice the way she moves, the warmth in her voice, and the way her eyes seem to linger just a little too long.

The roleplay would explore how their tenant-landlady relationship slowly evolves, filled with playful teasing, moments of tension, and the thrill of a growing attraction neither expected.

That's just a rough idea. If you liked it, then let me know and we can discuss.

Also, I am mostly interested in roleplays involving mature and Milfy woman. So, I am also open to other roleplays like my mom's best friend, friend's mom, aunt etc. I am interested in long term partners who are into medium replies. Hit me up if you are interested!
