How long until you left your job after being harassed?

Looking for some advice. I already have a rocky relationship with my work, starting to look for a new job due to workload and no support. The other night at a work function I was harassed by a male colleague. I reported to HR. She said there would be no retaliation for reporting, but I’m thinking about speeding up my process of finding a new job to get out of the uncomfortable. So I’m curious, how long did you stay at your job after being harassed by a colleague?
