Has anyone had issues with alternative audio languages just disappearing from their options?
Just for reference I am indeed an English native speaker, but I like the option of having other languages available to watch shows, especially if a show is international / from specific countries (i.e Spanish, Korean etc) as it helps me to learn languages while absorbing a show.
Have noticed in the past week, a lot of the alternative options for audio has completely disappeared for me and 80% of the shows I'm watching have defaulted to English only - doesn't bother me for English-based shows obviously but for other shows in other languages, hearing an English dubbing for a Korean drama or a Japanese animation is very offputting!
Any issues on how to fix this? Have already contacted Netflix but they haven't been much help / I don't think the customer service rep understood what my issue was.
