HELP!!

Good morning everyone, I signed up and started the first tests. Everything was going well until they asked me to confirm my identity. Now, I don't have glasses on my ID, but I unconsciously did the first test with them. Why didn't the second one go well? I sent a ticket explaining the situation. I hope they'll respond.

What I wanted to ask you is:

1 How long to wait for a response?

2 if this happened the next test without glasses or with?
