Can I post my step kiddos online for birthdays?

So here’s the thing their dad and I have been married for 2 years and dating for just under 3 years. I have 3 step kids from my husband and his ex girlfriend I also have 2 children of my own from my husband and I. My step kids are 14,9,9 and my bio children are 2 and 8 months. My middle step kid has a his 10th birthday on Saturday and we’re taking all the kids to the aquarium that’s where he wanted to go. I’m really big on posting stuff on social media (Snapchat TikTok and Facebook) I’ve never posted anything with my step kids besides changing my cover picture on Facebook their dad doesn’t care if I post them but I don’t know what their mom thinks it’s never been brought up. I would like to post pictures of the aquarium and all the kids together but with them going back to court so my husband and I get the older kids more than every other weekend their mom is not happy with us right now since we didn’t give her a heads up we just filed the paperwork and she got served. What do you guys think I should do? (Husband and his ex don’t get a long at all all she cares about is money and he wants the kids more but she doesn’t think he should get them at all)
