Should Perma death be deleted in the game?

Perma death is annoying, imagine just grinding and get ganked by some grade 1 chud trying to look like then suddenly you got sent to the purgatory. I know you can make a new slot and grind again to reach grade 1 and kill some high difficulty boss in the library but I think it's pretty useless if you already have a grade 1 slot after the other slot got wiped and sent to the purgatory.
