[Spoilers Main] Has any non-Targaryen character lived long enough to see their grandchildren get married?

Cousin marriage is non uncommon in the series. Tywin and Joanna come to mind. Their grandmother, Rohane Webber, was dead by the time Tywin married.

Seems like an awkward wedding feast and bedding.
