Is there a market for a moderation API that actually allows ERP?

If you're building an adult AI chatting app and need moderation, you either self-host Llama Guard (annoying to set up) or pay $99/month minimum for enterprise tools. I haven't found anything in between.

I'm thinking it could be something like: text string in, pass/block verdict out. ERP passes, CSAM and non-consensual gets blocked. The user would pay per call with no monthly minimum.

Is this actually useful to anyone here?
