26m 23fm girlfriend not interested anymore?

So my 23f girlfriend lives in a different country. I was originally planning to visit her this winter but due to some unforseen expenses I could not make the trip. We met at work last summer and spent pretty much every day together for 4 months. I am her first boyfriend, first kiss, etc. and our bond felt very very strong. Even after she had to go back to her country we would talk on the phone for hours everyday, play games with each other, and text all the time.

However about 3 months after she went back home she got a job as a manager at a new locally owned shop in her country so she is working 12 hours a day 6 days a week, working on college stuff, and planning for travel. Around that time our calls started becoming shorter and shorter, and further apart and she started texting me less. At the time it was relatively okay because I was working 10-12 hour days so I understood and there were times that I could not message her back either. She is supposed to be back in my country on a work visa in just a few weeks, but in the past couple months it has reached the point that we barely talk, we don't even say goodmorning or goodnight anymore. She used to be very expressive and used cute stickers to send affection all the time and what not, she made me feel very loved and appreciated. Last month we had a really good long conversation about our relationship, she has worries that I will fall in love with someone else but I assured her that won't happen and she said she is lucky to be with me.

But also in the last two months or so we have barely talked, she started going a few days without responding to me at all and then the first time she went a week without responding to me at all I was upset and I respectfuly told her that it hurt my feelings and she could at least send a quick text to let me know she is okay even when she is busy. She apologized profusely and said she would make an effort to message me more. Recently, though I have not heard from her for about 9 days now. I even tried calling a couple of times but have gotten 0 response. I do not want to end the relationship or jump to conclusions, and I am trying to be understanding because she works so much and has so many other things going on but only speaking to her a handful of times each month is starting to not even feel like a relationship anymore. I'm trying to figure out how to communicate my concerns to her properly but there is a bit of a language/culture barrier which makes it difficult. I'm definetly not perfect but If she doesn't want to be with me anymore then I feel like I deserve the respect of her just being honest
