Is this Normal? 20 days and NO updates

First time buying and using Hoobuy. It has been forever without any updates. I've tried contacting them but it seems to be an automatic message. They say they will tell their team to "speeds things up" but as you can see, nothing has been done apparently.

Do you guys have any other suggestions? CSBuy doesn't work for US unfortunately.
