Frustrating GLS Steam Controller experience

I’ve been receiving mails saying that my Steam Controller, ordered on May 4th at 19:10 CEST Belgium exactly, would arrive today. The delivery driver stopped in front of my house less than half an hour ago, and I heard a van stop through my window since I’ve been excitedly waiting all day. I looked out of my window and spoke to the delivery driver, asking if he had a package for me today, and he told me he couldn’t find it and would either come back later today or tomorrow.

I did a quick online search about GLS earlier today, and I heard a lot of people have complaints. Well, I see why now.
