Postpartum ferritin level

I’m 9 weeks postpartum and am so confused. I’ve struggled with being low in iron for as long as I can remember.

During my pregnancy I needed an iron infusion near the end as my level was a 7. It shot up to 150. A few weeks later, right before I gave birth, it went down to 54.

I just did my postpartum blood work, 8 weeks pp and my level is apparently 134. Is this normal? Doctor didn’t seem concerned at all. I was bleeding a lot postpartum because I had retained placenta. I also had my period at 6 weeks pp despite exclusively breastfeeding.
