Post graduation and jobs

Hi! I want to ask if other engineering major alumni that still visit this subreddit if they found a job and if they are satisfied with it. I currently have a job for a small start up company and deeply feel that I'm not really using my degree for it nor it is advancing my skills and knowledge that I acquired from my degree. Is it just me in this situation or not? Want to hear others experiences after those that have recently graduated?
