Does anyone "actually" win the $0.01 items in AliExpress, or is it just a data-mining ghost?

I’ve been clicking that button for 3 years and never won a toothpick. Is there a single soul in this sub who has actually received a high-value item from these "Freebies"? Or are we all just NPCs in Ali's data game?
