Removal Surgery tomorrow

Hi everyone I’ve posted a couple times for advice about my gallbladder removal but it is finally tomorrow and I could not be freaking out more. This is my first surgery ever and I’m so scared of anesthesia and waking up to being in pain I’m also scared for recovery. I’ve done myself a disservice by reading lots of horror stories which I know is only a small population of cases but it freaked me out. Any kind words would help!
