How do I add *already made* scenery to a coaster car? 😡

Hey folks. Is there ANY possible way to add a group of scenery items I've already built to coaster cars? Or do I have to actually rebuild the scenery group from scratch onto the car (God, I hope not).

Unlike moving platforms, there are no options to access blueprints or "Add to Building" or anything like that.
