OneService cases removed from history?

Has anyone realised their OneService app had recently had some of their cases totally deleted/removed from the app?

I have been submitting many tickets over the past year regarding noise and rubbish issues in my neighbourhood. All I get from the town council is a patronising response and a request for compliments.

I just recently checked my app, and all but 4 cases remain. Was thinking whether they were purging those “holding responses” from their systems but the remaining cases seem random.

Has this happened to anyone else?
