meningitis or am i overreacting

16f i woke up on yesterday with a sore throat, extremely achy wrist, a headache and a stiff neck (i get migraines but this is different) i slept for most of the day but would wake up periodically drenched with sweat. last night i had a temp of 38.7 and my vision was swimming, i felt like i was gonna pass out. i didn’t even have energy to go use the bathroom even though i really needed to pee. today my wrists don’t hurt as much but i’m still having aches in many of my joints. i now have very bad diarrhoea and my temp is currently 37.9 and i’m very nauseous (haven’t throw up because i’ve been taking anti nausea pills) my neck still is stiff, maybe stiffer but i can almost touch my chin to my chest. my back and shoulder blades hurt. my eyes hurt to move around and my ears are ringing. i tried standing up and get ready for an appointment but my heart rate got to 150 and i felt too sick and out of energy to move properly. i keep loosing grip of my phone and dropping it.
