I’ve noticed something interesting about iPhone users lately.

It feels like there are two types of people who buy the iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max: people who genuinely need the “Pro” features for photography, gaming, thermal performance, content creation, etc., and people who just buy the most expensive model because it’s trendy or seen as a status symbol.
On the other hand, the people I know who use the iPhone Air tend to be different. More introverted, simple, less focused on appearances, and interestingly, many of them are actually doing very well financially.
What also stands out to me is how often I see people with less financial stability prioritizing the Pro Max specially the orange one mainly for the image/status aspect. 🧐
Obviously this isn’t always true, but it’s a pattern I’ve noticed quite a bit. Anyone else feel the same?
