First time ko ma-feel yung rejection this hard after an interview

VA na ako for almost 3 years and currently may isa akong client. Paminsan-minsan nagche-check pa rin ako ng opportunities kapag may nakikita akong interesting, especially if hindi overlap sa current work ko.

Recently, may tinry akong opportunity and nakaabot ako hanggang second interview. Yung initial interview okay naman, smooth yung usapan and after that they immediately scheduled me for another interview the next day. Naexcite pa nga ako kasi bihira ako mag-push through unless gusto ko talaga yung setup.

Pero during the second interview, sobrang off ng vibe. Yung interviewer parang uninterested from the start. Hindi engaging, parang walang energy, and ang awkward ng flow ng conversation. First time ko ma-experience yung ganon and honestly naapektuhan confidence ko habang sumasagot kahit alam kong okay naman experience ko.

Pagkatapos pa lang ng interview, feeling ko rejected na agad ako. Ramdam mo minsan kapag hindi talaga maganda yung takbo.

Usually okay lang sakin ma-ghost or ma-reject after interviews. Part na siya ng pagiging VA. Pero this one hit differently siguro because most of my previous second interviews before ended well naman. Either okay yung outcome or ako pa yung nagde-decide if tutuloy depending sa setup and compensation.

Then today nakita ko na visible ulit yung post nila sa Facebook kahit naka-hide siya before, so ayun confirmed na hindi ako napili.

Ewan ko ba, first time ko ma-feel yung ganitong klaseng rejection after an interview. Nakaka-dishearten pala talaga.
