27F | Looking for genuine connection, deep conversations and maybe a real friend šŸŒ™

Age 26-29

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about what people actually value when searching for someone nowadays.

It feels like many people either underestimate or completely overlook who a person really is inside. A lot of relationships seem built around surface-level things appearance, money, status, social image, or other people’s opinions. Sometimes it feels like very few people are truly interested in someone’s soul, mindset, values or emotional depth.

And at the same time, I also think people today have become more careful and intentional when choosing who they let into their life. Maybe because so many are tired of games, manipulation and meaningless connections.

Personally, I don’t think there’s such thing as a ā€œperfectā€ person. I think it’s more about finding someone whose values, energy and view on life align with yours. Someone who feels like peace instead of confusion.

Of course, saying this is much easier than actually finding it šŸ˜…
But I still believe the right people eventually find each other when the timing is right.

For me honesty and openness are probably the most important things in any connection. I don’t really understand the point of building relationships while hiding intentions, playing games or pretending to be someone else.

I’d genuinely love to meet interesting people who are emotionally open, thoughtful, curious about life and capable of having real conversations whether about dreams, fears, psychology, films, life experiences, finance, random late-night thoughts or just everyday chaos.

And honestly? Right now I think I’m mostly looking for a real friend first. Someone with whom communication feels easy, natural and mutual. Someone where both people can just fully be themselve
