R5: Examples

Is market access over lakes bugged, or does it have wrong/badly presented information on the tooltip? All lakes have the "Landing with no Port" modifier, which seemingly adds "+0,10 negative" market access malus, but for the market access calculation the added trade distance is 10,00 or 10% flat added, not 0,1. This affects every lake I checked.

Seaports, in their tooltip, have the same way of presentation for the value of leaving/entering port so that the value is presented as "+0,60 negative" and not "0,60", for example, but this does not add a flat value of 60% market access distance, and is instead added to the final calculation as 0,60% flat as I assume is intended.

In this example for the lake, according to the tooltip comparing to seaports, market access distance should be ((4,80\*0,5)+**0,10**)\*0,9 = 2,25. Instead, it is calculated as ((4,80\*0,5)+**10**)\*0,9 = 11,16.

For the seaport, the calculation behaves as expected by being (2,38\*0,50)+**0,60** = 1,79

Now, I am too lazy the check the previous version for the lake market access calculations, but I have a feeling it used to behave the same way as seaport access does. This cucks my production for the current Sweden playthrough, which makes me mildly annoyed, and should put Paradox to something like Defcon 2.
