need some guidance with UXTU and LLT

so hi yall new owner of 16ADR10 (R9 8945HX and 5070) using for a month

suffering from the infamous high temps of r9 cpus. tried using UXTU tweaks for reducing the warm 60 degree idle. WENT upto -25 offset in curve optimizer but the difference was measly cinebench r23 score went from 314xx to 321xx (afaik) with absolutely no changes in temps infact cyberpunk (high) is running hotter (65-70 earlier to now 75-80). used custom performance profile with a tweaked fan graph. heard about legion toolkit and i wanna know how to install and tweak using it to hopefully reduce a tadbit in temps and improve performance
