Yeast infection

here for the past year/ year and a half it seems like getting a yeast infection is back to back. the smallest things have set me off but it’s mainly been sex. it seems like every time i have sex it never fails that a few days later i get itchy and a yeast infection evolves. even after sex if i shower and clean up it still never fails. it’s aggravating and irritating and i don’t know what to do.
