Is it okay to ask AI questions about biology?

I graduated in the winter of 2024, but I'm still curious about many things. I started asking artificial intelligence a lot of questions, and it answers them well, even increasing my curiosity and leading me down a rabbit hole. I think this will be very useful during my graduate studies. Is AI information reliable? I love reading books and was thinking of preparing for my master's degree, but I stopped reading a while ago because I suffer from depressive fatigue.
