How you feel after removal of Mirena after 6+ months?

Hi, I am planning to remove Mirena (currently I have my second one, I am with IUD since 2018.

I don't have any problems on the first sight (like acne, weight gain, moods... nothing really) but I have almost zero period. I got cramps here and there and maybe 1-2 day of very little blood every ~40 days.. and while it is convenient, is cannot be healthy. I never had painful menstruation or big mood swings, just quite long periods (7 days of bleeding). Not looking for it again but I hope this will be manageable with traditional chinese medicine I work with.

What could I expect? How was your stories after removing Mirena (and not taking any hormones after)?
