Budgeting ?

Not entirely mom-related, but out of curiosity, how much do you feel like you need to get by as a family of about 3-4? How much are you able to spend each week including food and other expenses (odds and ends you need/something fun) — not including routine payments such as mortgage, utilities, car payment, gas, medical bills, etc. ?
