Can't draw the face

I'm only recently trying to get into digital art, but somehow no matter what I do I can't ever get the face right. i don't know if it's because it's not the right angle, the hair doesn't fit the rest of the face, or anything else really. Usually I can spot inconstistencies and correct them but i don't know, digital art is somehow much harder, and any modification I make just looks wrong. Any advice would be welcome (even anything not related to the face)
