Good and affordable places for college kids (21+) to go for last spring break?

Me and my buddies want to go to an all inclusive resort for a week during spring break next year. Looking for a beach and hopefully some people our age as well. Our trip to Europe this year costed about ~2000$ per person so looking to stay in that range. Let me know some places you recommend!
