Not generating

Is it just me (or the one bot I’m trying to talk to being stupid) or is anyone else having issues with the bots just not generating replies even after sitting there for minutes?
Yes, I saw the post about the site being silly currently, but idk if this is the problem they were talking about or if they’re talking about a completely different issue
