2017 f150 v8 5.0 engine..60 k miles,in the Chicago area...oil choice?

Ok..I now know that changing the trans fluid is up next and then again at 100k..then every 40 k miles.from there on..right?.but my main Question is..about viscosity benefits...I was told the coyote engine burns oil,,??and I have been using the 'synthetic Pennzoil blend'..should I be using full sythetic?

Is that oil worth the price at an oil change every 6000 highway miles?
