Are these Tomodachi Mods Possible?

Alright Modders. Someone crack them knuckles, I need a few mods and idk if they are possible IDC who makes em just make them work.

NEW COLOUR SYSTEM

- The ability to add hex codes into the colour picker and see the hex of what colour is selected. ALSO so I can type/paste a hex in the color picker.

- Along with this I need a universal Custom Colour Mod. THOSE SKIN TONES, HAIR AND EYES BETTER BE ABLE TO USE CUSTOM COLORS WITH THE HEX CODE.

Customization

- Heterochromia I want the ability to make my Miis Eyes DIFFERENT COLOURS YOU GOT ME (again work with the hex codes)

- Pupils removed from the eyes and Pupil shapes added as a new category. I need hearts, Cat/Dragon Slits and the default Circle (other shapes welcome, preference for color option but not a killer if not able to)

- MORE face shapes. More face shapes or custom face shape maker. (Check Recroom heads for ideas)

- Black Hairstyles in bangs and Back hair. It is a CRIME that all the black hair styles and textures are sets only.

RELATIONSHIPS

- I need a Poly Mod. Give me my Cules.

CLOTHING

-I need horns, Give me a pack of horn shapes with a variety of Colours. I want Dragon, Ram, Goat ECT. I don't care DO NOT MAKE THIS AN OVERRIDE. These better be new items in my shop the moment this mod is installed and not erasing a different item.

-Animal Ears n Matching Tails. IM MAKING VTUBERS AND IT IS A PAIN TO TRY TO DO THEIR HAIR AND THEIR EARS. Gimmie!!!
