New glasses with slightly wrong prescription, what should I do?

A while ago, I ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses (very expensive!) after getting an eye test. I was informed that my prescription had not changed from my current glasses and ordered the two pairs through their online website afterwards.

When I received the glasses, I immediately noticed the lens felt off in that eye, but I assumed it was just because they were new. For several days, I wore them for a few hours at a time but did not see any improvement...

Finally, I went back to the optometrist to ask them to test the lenses of my new and old glasses. I was right about one lens being off! It seems they had accidentally mistyped the prescription in one eye by 0.25... In addition, the PD seems completely random (2-3mm diff on each lense), but I'm not sure how much this matters.

So I emailed the company (within their 100 days of ordering policy), but they refused to replace the lenses. I've now been emailing them back and forth for months. They keep telling me to go into the store, but the store keeps telling me to contact online.

What can I do? I am hesitant to 'just get used to them' because I spent so much money and had to save to get them. Does wrong PD and slightly wrong prescription matter? I am so frustrated...
