Calling it a spiritual attack is just a shame-free way to avoid taking responsibility
You gotta own it. All parts of it. That's how you get free.
Take responsibility for your actions. Don't blame anyone or make excuses.
The facts will tell the true story and that is you were simply overwhelmed with emotion and watched porn.
There is nothing wrong with you, you're not broke or flawed.
You are PERFECT as you always have been.
Struggling to stop watching porn isn't a morale failure, it's a skills issue.
You're simply not skilled enough at feeling emotions and not watching porn.
You're simply not skilled enough to see the thoughts in your head as lies and not believe them.
That's it. There's nothing more going on and you don't want anything more more going on. Why make this harder than it needs to be.
When you get skilled at these two things, you won't need porn anymore.
You'll know how to face the real reasons you using porn. You'll face the stress, the boredom, the anxiety and loneliness that is driving you to it.
And because you know how to handle them your need for porn will drop significantly.
I'll be on zoom talking about this at 4pm if you want to hear more. Send me a dm for the link.
Have a beautiful porn free day today!
