Is it possible to play two accounts on mobile?

I unfortunately do not have a computer at home so I've been playing just on one character. I'm trying to do two accounts on mobile but it seems one gets disconnected no matter what. Is there a trick to it am I missing something, or is it not possible? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
