Why did Cooling tell T to eff off?

I know it's Dragon Time, but this song has been coming back to me recently. It is one of the few non-singles in her catalogue that most people agree is a stone cold classic. Why didn't it fit on Pele or Choirgirl? Could it have fit anywhere? Does it have sister songs that could create their own EP?
