Anyone experienced this with their vials?

I bought ret from this supplier and these are already my 3rd and 4th vials from them. Yung first 2 vials okay naman, but these latest ones seem unusual so I wanted to ask if anyone here experienced the same thing.
Diba since vacuum sealed yung vials, usually may strong pull when injecting bac water? I normally have to control it by holding the end of the syringe. But with this batch, wala talagang pull at all. In fact parang pinupush back pa palabas yung bac water. Can anyone tell me if this can happen? So far, clear naman yung liquid after being refrigerated for a day.
