Requesting or obtain STR?

Hi everyone, I’m a veteran with 90% disability but I recently received two deny letters and I’m looking to file appeals and just realized the VA doesn’t have my medical records and I found a CD with all my medical records. How should I go about filing for appeals and how to properly connect my conditions to my medical records.

Also has anyone used VAclaims.AI or any other services that help you get your claims push through what’s their experience. I would like to know before I go through some of these services.
