Hoping to retire at 62....

48M Married, 2 kids (20&17)

Combined income: $140k/yr

Mortgage: $1050/month @ 3.25% ($155k left, $330k equity)

401k/403b: $360k

529: $200k (some was gifted, son going to PT school)

House is only debt.

Monthly expenses currently around $3k/month.

College is covered for the kiddos with the 529. And once my 17 year old starts nursing school we should be able to sock more away. (Maxing out 403b and starting a Roth to max), and paying off the house by 60.

Calculators at 7% adding $1100/month (what I do now) have me at $1.2M by 62. My wife will continue working til at least 65 but no insurance availability. Also I know this isn't counted but my dad is 84 with 1.2M currently that will be split 3 ways.

How am I looking?
