Licensure Revocation/Reprimand

I have retired once and am double dipping in another state. I suspect I am done after this year. With that said, I am seeing several people in my home state getting certificates lifted or inscribed reprimands. Like, I do not even know anybody and have never heard of such until recently (outside the obvious things for which one gets arrested).

My question: what are the reasons you have seen somebody get their license wrecked? I am seeing some examples that appear to me as ridiculous.
