First ever CS interview? Any tips?

So I applied for a customer service adviser role in Manchester. Passed the test and now they have invited me to do a pre recorded interview. I know that I will be using the STAR method and emphasise using I and the actions I did. I’m really nervous but also really need this job. If anyone has any tips or anything I would gladly appreciate it.
