53k Rank (CRL) | General | CG Home State - Need College Suggestions!

Hey guys, Gave JEE as a dropper and ended up with 53k CRL (General category).

• Home State: Chhattisgarh
• Interests: Heavily leaning towards CSE/IT (want to get into coding).
• Preferences: Peace and greenery >>>>Campus fests.

What are my best options at this rank?

1. Can I get any decent branch at NIT Raipur with HS quota? (Mechanical/Electrical?)
2. Should I prefer New IIITs for CSE or stick to NIT Raipur lower branches?
3. Any other GFTIs or state colleges worth looking at?

Help a brother out!
