Do you still need a dedicated lead gen landing page?
I think dedicated lead gen landing pages still matter, but not for every situation. If the offer is simple and the traffic is warm, a strong page on your main site might be enough. But if you are running paid ads, cold traffic, a specific campaign, or a narrow offer, a dedicated page usually gives you cleaner control. Less navigation, fewer distractions, tighter message match, and one obvious action.
The problem is that a lot of landing pages are just stripped-down websites with worse copy. That does not help. A good lead gen page should answer the exact question the visitor arrived with: what is this, who is it for, why should I trust it, and what happens next? I do not think the format is dead. I think lazy pages are dead. Are you still using dedicated landing pages, or are your main site pages converting well enough now?
