Can't watch anything with being triggered

Im not talking porn or even hornybait stuff i mean like regular tv shows and movies. As soon as a woman comes on the screen i check out mentally and just look at watch she is wearing. Whst shoes..outfits materials...are her feet and toes visible? It happened today when I saw a short of HIMYM where lily was wearing a dress but talk black boots and I had to replay it to take them in. The sound they made. Absolutely triggered. If I try to take my mind off porn..the real world makes it for me and I have to run somewhere to stroke!!!
