Manager career sliders

I've had a Bristol Rovers career save since the start of the game but I decided to start a new one and spectate every game from tactical view to give a more realistic effect.

I've tried several different slider options and no matter what I do the game feels brilliant for 2-3 games then it goes back to the same shit that made me change the sliders. For example

• Constant passing around the back/ play 1 2 passes for 10 minutes
• Passing around the box until the ball gets lost and in multiple cases passing the ball when they have a clear goal scoring opportunity to sometimes it'll be a long ball to the midfield
• Game either ends 0-0 or 1-0 to either side
• Players will run into the box with the ball, 1v1 with the keeper, run to the side of the box and wait until another player comes in just to pass to them and then sky the ball completely
• Never taking shots

It's just ruining the game and makes it so boring, I've had 13 0-0 draws in a row because no player will just simply take a shot
