Recently bought a nyx lip iv from the above mentioned seller, and had the worst experience, which is surprising considering I myself have had a good experience with her before. This post is being made because I really have no choice. Yes I know she has been blunt and cold, but this behaviour is just taking no accountability.

First, I ordered it in January, she says shipping in February first week, then march first week, then April first week, and i finally received it today. Okay I understand that customs delays can happen and I let it go. I get the parcel, and there is no seal, and the product has leaked all over the packet (lipstick itself was not bubble wrapped). Now let's come to the actual problem.

First i share my proofs and unboxing video, and she refuses to share the packing video or photos(packet is crystal clear sealed). When I told her I won't bear the RTO costs, she calls me rude and hostile and asks me not to text her further until she resolves it with shiprocket, whom I don't think will refund because it clearly is not the carrier's fault.

I am not sure how I am supposed to hold off on texting her when she will neither reassure me that she will refund, nor will she share some form of proof that it isn't her fault, and the package clearly looks tampered with and is a hygiene issue.

All proofs attached here.
